Most projects we undertake pass through a 4-phase process designed to ensure success.

PURPOSE

Before we set out on a journey together, we spend a little bit of time with you making sure we all understand the intended destination. This means creating, clarifying, and agreeing the brief, budget, timelines, key stakeholders and ultimate decision makers, as well as identifying any watch-outs or speedbumps that might occur along the way. Once we’re all on the same page, we begin.

TRUTH

In this stage, we’re gathering data and looking for insights that will resonate with your audience and ignite action. What’s really happening in your business, your category, and the minds of your consumers? Part of this process can involve uncovering uncomfortable truths and finally addressing the elephants in the room. The goal is a distinctive, relevant, and important brand position that grabs attention.

DESIGN

This is the most specialised and creative part of the process. It’s all about bringing the right skills to the table to design the solution. This could be a brand strategy, a communications campaign, a customer activation, or even a new product or service or solution that solves to the purpose of the project. It’s all about ideation and creation.

GRIND

As the name implies, this is where the rubber hits the road, and where everything we’ve agreed and learned and designed goes out into the world to meet the consumer. It’s also where the grit, determination, and connection to the purpose are most essential—especially over long and complex projects where things can get diluted and dreams sometimes die. Our job is to help you hold the line and achieve that golden moment.
